Residents of The Renaissance on Turtle Creek enjoy the services of a great team of professional staff members, many of whom have years of experience at our property. They include property management, concierge, valet, housekeeping, loss prevention, and maintenance staff members. Note that the Association employs no individuals directly - all staff members are employees of contracted firms.
Resident Relations Coordinator
Concierge Team
The concierge team members are the first to welcome you home, and welcome your guests to The Renaissance on Turtle Creek. They assist with package delivery, dry cleaning, and any general questions you might have. Concierge team members are employees of FirstService Residential.
Maintenance Team
Our maintenance team helps to keep The Renaissance on Turtle Creek running smoothly. From preventative maintenance on pumps and air conditioning units, keeping the pools clean and ready for use, to small tasks for unit owners. Maintenance team members are employees of FirstService Residential.
Housekeeping Team
This team really makes The Renaissance on Turtle Creek sparkle! Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing fingerprints off glass doors and elevator doors. Housekeeping team members are employees of FirstService Residential.
Loss Prevention Team
Patrol property, check in contractors, conduct floor patrols, key audits, property inspections, monitor garage access, garage audits, and generally assist residents 24 hours a day. Loss Prevention team members are employees of FirstService Residential.
Valet Team
Valet team members are employees of Valet of America.
