The Renaissance on Turtle Creek boasts a wide variety of floor plans, from studios to two-story penthouses.

Note that these floor plans are not included here to suggest they are available for sale by The Renaissance on Turtle Creek, as all units were sold by the developer years ago. These unit floor plans are included for current owners and residents for reference only. Unit dimensions, square footage, orientation, and included items may differ from these generalized floor plans.

East Tower

The East Tower is a 22 story "A" shaped building, located on Turtle Creek Boulevard. It includes units ending in "01" through "07". Total of 141 residential units.

South / West Tower

The South / West Tower is a 16 story "L"-shaped building, located on Cedar Springs Road and Sale Street. It includes units ending in "08" through "58". Total of 462 residential units.

Most units may be accessed from either the South or the West Lobby elevators. Units 042, 046, 047, and 048 may be accessed from the ground floor of the West Lobby. Units 08, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20 are located on floor 0 (G0) and may be accessed via the South Lobby elevators.
